A great place to eat with friends, family and partners. We went during lunch time where there were no customers inside. Service time was pretty good with when we got our food. Calamari was really good and soft, not chewy at all. The steak (I got medium well) was really nice and cooked really well. The cheesecake tasted fresh and went well with the ice cream. Even though the atmosphere wasn't the greatest with not many people. I would still come again in the evening time for the food.

Tugra Meathouse is the absolute best place to eat in Preston. Not just because of their amazing food that never disappoints, but also because of their incredible staff. Baris, and all of the team always make me, and everyone feel so welcome. It’s not often you go to a restaurant to find an owner or management out on the floor interacting with guests, making them laugh, smile, and ensuring they’re okay. That’s just the standard at Tugra. I have enjoyed many delicious meals here since moving to Preston, and I will be back for many more. Their prices are amazing, the regular and lunch menu is perfect, and the food never ever disappoints. I couldn’t recommend Tugra enough. Plus - they know how to celebrate a birthday!

This is one of the nicest restaurant in Preston City Centre. We have been regulars since it opened and we have never had a bad experience. The food has always been amazing. It is always immaculately clean throughout. The staff are so attentive and do everything to make it an enjoyable experience. It does not matter if you are young, old, in couples, going in as a large group or a solo diner you are welcomed and looked after. My nine year old nephew loves this place and always wants to return. Baris has created a beautiful restaurant and truly deserves to win awards for he has created. It is a massive attribute to Preston.

I visited Tugra Steakhouse for my friends birthday today and it was genuinely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The food was absolutely exceptional — cooked perfectly, beautifully presented, and full of rich flavour. The steaks were tender and seasoned to perfection, and every side dish complemented the meal so well. You can really tell the chefs take pride in what they do. The pudding are to die for! 🤩 Service was quick without feeling rushed, and the team checked in just the right amount to make sure everything was spot on. The overall vibe of the restaurant is stylish, comfortable, and ideal for anything from a nice meal out to a special celebration, As you’ll get an amazing happy birthday song along with your meal 🤣 I’d recommend Tugra Steakhouse to anyone looking for incredible food, thoughtful service, and an all-round amazing experience. Already excited to go back!
