As an Italian here for work, I tried many different restaurants, but none like this one. I tried different cuts of beef even particular like the wagyu that was incredible, and I tried also the hamburger, and everything was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I would highly recommend to anyone!

I came here for my birthday and honestly had an amazing time! I had such a great meal; the salmon and calamari were sooo perfect. To top it all off, the staff came out singing me Happy Birthday with such an upbeat version of the song, and it honestly made me feel like I had paid for a true luxury experience. It was such a beautiful and memorable touch! I can’t leave a review without mentioning the wonderful customer service, especially from the staff. Gokay made sure from the very beginning that I felt welcomed and was incredibly attentive, making sure I was enjoying my dining experience throughout. Aisha, Ruth and Zara were also amazing. They were immediately there to help with anything I needed and personally made me feel so welcomed and appreciated. The level of service really stood out to me, and I’ll definitely look forward to celebrating any major events here in the future! Creamy, smooth, and properly balanced, it’s the kind of starter you end up ordering twice. 🧿 Overall Tugra‑Et is a place that gets the fundamentals right: quality ingredients, skilled cooking, and warm hospitality. I came for a meal with friends and everything was perfect the restaurant was beautiful, the food was beautiful and so was the service. I loved every minute of it they celebrated 2 of my friends birthday and gave 2 cheesecakes on the house as-well! I highly recommend and the waiter was so friendly and helpful, I had to take a picture with him he was amazing!! My steak was cooked perfectly and the prawns were delicious. Highly recommended.
